Design & Manufacturing Robot

Designed and manufactured a robot to compete in a class challenge. Used SolidWorks to create a CAD of the design and shared design decisions with a lab advisor through a design notebook. Learned about and implemented mechanical design elements such as rack and pinions and torque motors, utilizing calculations and theory to make decisions before testing the designs on the competition board.
